Homestay in Guatemala

Experience Guatemala like a local by staying with a Guatemalan host family. A homestay in Guatemala is one of the best ways to discover daily life, practice Spanish, and enjoy authentic home-cooked meals.

Our carefully selected families offer a warm and welcoming environment, helping you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

What to Expect

Private room in a local home
 Shared or private bathroom
3 traditional Guatemalan meals per day (Monday–Saturday)
 Breakfast on Sunday
A unique opportunity to practice Spanish every day

Most host families primarily speak Spanish, which makes a homestay the perfect complement to Spanish lessons or volunteer programs.

If you would like to improve your Spanish before arriving, you can also take online Spanish lessons with our teachers.
